We compose curated gift boxes — each one a considered selection of objects chosen to feel personal, intentional, and lasting. We do not sell products. We curate moments.
Every box is a composition. The pieces inside are selected to speak to one another — in material, tone, and meaning. The exact contents vary by collection, but nothing is ever accidental.
Our collections are curated as complete compositions and are not offered in parts. If you are looking for something built entirely around a specific person or occasion, our Private Atelier service exists exactly for that.
Every piece is sourced directly from original brands, independent makers, or authorised suppliers. Authenticity is not a feature — it is a condition.
Ordering & Gifting
Yes. All orders are designed to be sent as gifts and may be delivered directly to whoever is receiving them.
Yes. During checkout, you may include a personal note which will be presented with the gift.
Each box is assembled upon order. Changes may not always be possible once preparation has begun — please contact us as soon as possible atconcierge@bythecurator.comand we will do our best.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and selected international destinations.
No. The care that goes into each composition cannot be rushed.
Each box is assembled upon order. Please allow 2 business days for preparation, followed by:
- Portugal / Spain — 1–2 business days
- European Union — 2–4 business days
- United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier operations, or destination.
Product Availability
Most items are held in stock. Some pieces — particularly those from independent makers — are prepared upon order and may require additional time.
In rare cases where a specific piece becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with something of equal or greater quality and value. We will always act in the spirit of the original composition.
Wedding Registry
Couples select the gift boxes that resonate with the life they are building together and complete a brief registry form. Our atelier prepares a private page — accessible only via a unique code — which can be shared with guests anywhere in the world.
No. Once a gift has been selected, it is marked as reserved. Each gesture remains singular.
Damages, Claims & Returns
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery atconcierge@bythecurator.com, with photographs of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and the internal wrapping. We will assess and resolve.
Each box is curated and assembled as a personalised composition upon order. Returns based on personal preference are not accepted. We ask that you read our full Returns Policy before placing your order.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are an expression of craftsmanship — not a defect.

Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Responsibility
Once a shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We take great care in how every box leaves us — what happens after delivery is beyond our control.
We ask that all claims be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted. If you are unsure, reach out anyway — we will always listen before we decide.
General
Each box is assembled upon order and considered final once payment has been processed. We ask that you read our full Returns Policy before placing your order — it is written to be fair, not to be hidden.
Each composition is curated as a whole and cannot be partially exchanged. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we will always find a way forward.
