This birthday box was curated for evenings that unfold slowly — where conversation stretches comfortably, a little friendly competition appears, and the night finds its own rhythm.

At the centre sits a beautifully designed poker set, ready to be opened and placed at the middle of the table. Crystal whisky glasses wait quietly to be filled, coasters frame the moment, and a pen and note cards stand ready to keep score or capture the small stories that inevitably appear during the game.

Everything is prepared.

All that is missing now are the players.

Printworks  - Poker Set

At the heart of this birthday box is the elegant poker set by Printworks, a beautifully designed edition of the classic game presented inside a refined grey box measuring approximately 22.5 × 6 × 36 cm and weighing around 1.6 kg. Inside the box are all the essentials for a proper poker night: professional playing cards, dealer chips and stacks of poker chips in multiple colours, carefully organised in a structured interior so that the set opens like a design object as much as a game. Created as part of Printworks’ Classic Game Series, the set combines the excitement of poker with a minimalist aesthetic designed to look just as striking displayed on a shelf as it does placed on a table.

 Georg Jensen - Low Whisky Tumblers Set of 4

To accompany the game, four sculptural low whisky tumblers from Georg Jensen complete the setting. Designed by Aurélien Barbry as part of the brand’s celebrated Sky collection, these lead-free crystal glasses feature softly rounded organic shapes that sit comfortably in the hand while the solid base keeps the glass stable. Each tumbler measures approximately 8.6 cm in height with a diameter of around 10 cm and holds about 0.38 litres, making them equally suited for water, juice or a well-deserved whisky as the evening unfolds.

 By The Curator - Custom Fabric Coasters Set of 4 

Framing the glasses are four exclusive coasters created for By The Curator, designed specifically for this box. Their sculptural silhouette and tactile surface add a subtle layer of texture to the table while quietly protecting it, completing the atmosphere of a thoughtfully prepared game night.

 Penco – Bronze  Pen 

For the small details that inevitably accompany a game — keeping score, leaving notes, recording the evening’s winners and losers — we selected the refined multi-pen by Penco. Made in Japan with a slim brass body finished in matte coating, this elegant instrument combines three functions in one: a black ink pen, a red ink pen and a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. The pen measures approximately 13 cm in length with a diameter of about 1.3 cm and includes a small eraser concealed within the cap, making it both practical and beautifully designed.
